The reason why the entire dump truck suddenly ran out of power
1. The car's generator has broken down
The car's power system is made up of two parts, one is the battery and the other is the generator. When the engine starts, the battery supplies strong current to the engine to operate the starter and drive the engine to complete the first work cycle. At the same time, it powers the ignition system and fuel pump to run the engine.
When the engine is running, the engine runs the generator. At this time, in addition to providing electricity to the entire vehicle, the generator is also responsible for charging the battery. A normally functioning alternator can play its full role when the engine is running normally. However, in the event of an alternator failure, the alternator cannot normally supply allthe vehicle's electrical devices, let alone charge the battery; time, all the electricity used by the vehicle is supplied by the battery; and the battery capacity is limited in a few minutes, when all the battery power is exhausted, the whole vehicle will be "power off". Therefore, when the car engine is running normally and the entire car is out of power, it is necessary to check whether the dump truck generator is faulty.
2. Circuit Problems
The body wiring harness is grounded or the wiring is changed indiscriminately, causing excessive current to burn the wires, resulting in a sudden and complete power failure of the car. If the car is not professionally modified, if the shop modifies the wiring indiscriminately, it may also lead to the phenomenon of "the whole car suddenly runs out of power", or even prcause spontaneous ignition of the car.
3. Battery failure
If the whole car is out of power when the engine does not start, it is mainly caused by battery failure. The main reasons are:
(1) The battery cell head is loose or oxidized.
(2) The car's main fuse is broken or the battery is dead.
