Easy.
1. Wind turbines with level 12 winds are prone to overload, and overloading the wind grid will cause the wind turbine to overheat and even cause damage.
2. If the wind turbine operates without load in strong wind level 12, the wind turbine is in a no-load state and the generator will overheat due to lack of load.
For wind power generation, the concept of the number of wind power levels used is too approximate. Due to the different capacities of the generators, the wind speed requirements are also somewhat different. However, generally, if the wind speed exceeds 3 m/s, the wind turbine can produce electricity. However, wind energy production does not depend on the local wind speed, but on the annual operating time of the local wind farm that produces electricity for that wind turbine. Based on the current wind energy subsidy price setby the State, if the duration of electricity production is less than 2,000 hours that year, there will be no profit.
