2. Then stick it tightly with fine copper, cut off the remaining part and flatten it with scissors to avoid knots.
3. Solder the three ends of the vacuum pump wires firmly with solder. The surface of the welding head should be smooth, without burrsnor false welds. , the vacuum pump must be resoldered until the requirements are met.
4. Wrap the three wires together with plastic tape. Layer 1 is greater than 50 mm at the end of the insulating layer. The second layer extends 50mm beyond the end of the first layer.
5. After wrapping, use a pan of cold water to safely dip the wrapping line into the water. After 12 hours, the insulation layer should not be less than a gauge pressure of 50 MW500. Otherwise, it will need to be reconditioned if necessary.
6. The vacuum pump ground wire should also be packaged according to the technical requirements of submarine cable lines.
7. When connecting the vacuum pump, constantly observe changes in insulation resistance to avoid damage to the cable insulation.
8. Once the vacuum pump is connected, going down intothe well, constantly shake the insulation resistance to observe its changes to avoid the cable insulation being hung on the well wall if the insulation level is found. to quickly drop below 0.5 megohm, it is necessary to lift the device to detect the cause.
