1. Clean the outer surface of the diesel generator set and the outside of the trailer and engine room. Check the trailer tire pressure, whether the trailer body connecting bolts are loose, and whether the low-noise box bolts are loose. Whether the smoke exhaust and air intake and exhaust are smooth. 2. Check whether the amount of fuel in the diesel tank is sufficient (the fuel should be enough to run for 8-12 hours). Check for fuel leaks and replace the diesel filter regularly.
3. Check the tension of the fan belt and charger belt, and make adjustments if necessary. Check whether the machine bolts are loose. Check the diesel engine oil level. Never operate the diesel engine when the oil level is below the low "L" or above the "H" mark.
4. Check whether the engine oil is leaking, check whether the oil filter meets the requirements, and replace the oil filter regularly.
5. Start the diesel engine and visually check whether there is any oil leakage during operation. Listen to the machine for any abnormal noises.
6. Check whether the instrument reading, temperature and loudness are normal when the diesel engine is running, and make monthly operation records.
7. Check whether there is enough antifreeze and whether it is leaking.
8. Replace antifreeze, engine oil, and three filters regularly.
9. Check the air filter, replace or clean it once a year, and check whether the intake and exhaust pipes are smooth.
10. Check and lubricate the fan pulley bearing and belt tensioning shaft. Check the lubricating oil level of the overspeed mechanical protection device and add oil if it is insufficient. Check the tightening of the external main connecting bolts.
11. Check the battery voltage. The voltage of one battery is 12-13V and the voltage of two batteries is 24-26V. Check whether the battery connection is loose or corroded.
12. Simulate and test the performance of each safety protection device, run at constant load, and check the operation. When working, check whether the output voltage meets the requirements (361~405v) and whether the frequency meets the requirements (50±1) Hz. During operation, check whether the water temperature and oil pressure meet the requirements, whether the exhaust pipe and muffler are leaking, and whether there is severe vibration and abnormal noise.
13. Check whether the indicators of each instrument and signal lights are normal, whether the switch actions are normal, and whether the monitoring alarm is normal.
14. Record the running time of the diesel generator and clean the debris at the bottom of the fuel tank regularly. After 250 hours of operation:
(1) Replace the diesel fine filter element and engine oil. (2) Check the tightness of cylinder head bolts and connecting rod bolts. (3) Check and correct the valve clearance, test and adjust the injection pressure.
