Installation methods and steps for floor-standing electric fans: 1. Chassis installation: First, take out the elbow screws and pressure plate from the column, insert the column into the base, place the pressure plate on the lower part of the chassis, and tighten it clockwise with the elbow locking screw. 2. Overall installation (1) First loosen the lifting lock nut, pull the lifting pipe out of the column, and then use the lifting lock nut to lock the lifter. (2) Loosen the clamping nut on the lower part of the fuselage, insert the fuselage into the riser, and tighten the clamping nut. (3) Loosen the lifting lock nut, adjust to the required height, and tighten the nut. 3. Install the rear mesh cover. Unscrew the fan blade fixing nut from the motor shaft, then unscrew the triangular nut, and then install the rear screen cover. 4. Install the fan blades. When installing the fan blade, the groove behind the fan blade should be caught on the limit pin of the motor, and then tighten the fixing nut counterclockwise.
The CPU fan must be replaced. There are two reasons for this.
1. After the fan blades are removed, the dynamic balance will be lost, causing the fan blades to vibrate or even shake greatly when rotating at high speed. Such jitter will not only produce noise, but also cause damage to the underlying CPU and peripheral hardware. Because general desktop hardware is not shockproof. Especially hard drives are likely to be reimbursed in advance.
2. After losing two blades, the wind pressure generated by the fan will be greatly reduced. As the wind becomes weaker, the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator decreases. It will cause the CPU to overheat, and CPU overheating will cause automatic protection. Automatic protection programs usually automatically reduce the frequency, followed by a black screen of death.
The steps to disassemble the chassis and replace the fan are as follows:
1. First, use a screwdriver to remove the screws on the side baffle of the chassis and remove the side baffle
2. Then according to the type of CPU fan (computers after 2006).
A. If you have an INTEL processor, if it is an original processor, as shown in the picture, turn the four corners of the buckle clockwise to loosen the processor.
If it is this kind of fan, just loosen the four screws
B. If you have an AMD processor, turn the pressure lever half a turn in the opposite direction to loosen the heat sink. device.
In addition, it should be noted that after the radiator is loosened, the aluminum heat dissipation base should be slowly rotated horizontally. It must not be pulled out directly, because the silica gel of the base and the CPU have It has a certain stickiness, and forcibly pulling it out may damage the CPU.
After replacing the radiator, tighten the other hardware of your computer such as memory modules, data cables, etc., and you should be able to use it normally.
