Aerodynamic car making steps:
1. Use a utility knife to scrape off the burrs on the plastic parts (especially the wheels)
2. Insert the small wheels into the small In the wheel bracket groove, align the three axle holes and tap the short axle into the hole with a hammer. The wheel must rotate flexibly. Fix the bracket to the body with screws.
3. Install the battery piece into the battery box on the battery box bracket (the spring is at one end of the motor). Install the motor into the motor frame and install the commutator on the output shaft of the motor.
4. Install the battery box bracket onto the vehicle body, aligning and tightening the large and small holes.
5. Cut 2 toothpicks with a length of 27 mm, and cut a 20 mm section (measured from the tip) into a bevel with a knife and sandpaper.
6. Cut out 2 pieces of wind leaf according to the wind leaf template in the picture, and fix it on the inclined surface of the toothpick with transparent tape.
7. Insert the two fan blades symmetrically (in a straight line) into the holes of the commutator. The angles of the fan blades should be consistent and at an angle of 30 degrees with the long axis. Use 502 glue to reinforce them.
8. Install a large wheel on one end of the long shaft, penetrate it into the axle hole of the body bracket, and install another large wheel on the other end. Leave an axial clearance of about 1 mm so that the wheels can rotate flexibly.
9. Use wires to weld the two electrodes of the motor and the two electrodes of the battery respectively. After installing the battery, the large fan blades rotate.
