1. Based on the ability of relevant enterprises to provide normalized peak shaving for Shanghai Power Grid, different requirements are set. Energy storage ratio requirements: For enterprises with a normal peak shaving capacity of 2 million kilowatts and above, the reserved energy storage allocation ratio should not be less than 10% of the installed capacity and the duration is more than 4 hours; for enterprises with a normal peak shaving capacity of 1 million kilowatts and above, the reserved energy storage configuration ratio The proportion of reserved energy storage configuration shall not be less than 15% of the installed capacity and the duration shall be more than 4 hours.
2. Requirements are put forward for the efficiency of the energy storage system: if the working life of the lithium battery energy storage system is more than 10 years, the system efficiency (AC side, excluding self-consumption power loss, the same below) is greater than 90% ; If it is a flow battery energy storage system, the working life is more than 20 years and the system efficiency is greater than 80%.
