Press the start button to start the generator. It should run at low speed for 3 to 5 minutes. Only when the temperature and oil pressure wheel are normal can the operation begin. During operation, the operator closely monitors the voltage, frequency, current, power factor, oil temperature, oil pressure, water temperature, charging current, speed and other instrument indications and changes of the generator set through instruments.
When the specified value is exceeded, timely inspection and measures should be taken to continue operation after returning to normal. There should be no mechanical noise from the generator set, and there should be no abnormal noise due to abnormal vibration. The brushes on the slip ring and commutator should have good contact, and there should be no jumping or sparking. After the operation is stable and the frequency and voltage reach the rated values, power can be supplied to the outside.
Precautions for gasoline generators
Check whether water has entered the fuel. If water has entered, clean the carburetor with gasoline. Determine whether there is fuel in the cylinder. Pull out the spark plug and use your fingers to force it. Hold down the spark plug hole and pull the starter empty, smell your fingers to see if there is a smell of fuel, determine whether there is air leakage in the fuel supply channel, and then change the position of the throttle to see if it can start.
For problems with the energy conversion system and gas distribution system, unplug the spark plug and press the spark plug installation hole with your fingers. Pull the starter empty to see if there is any liquid spraying out. If there is no liquid spraying out, it means the gas distribution system There is a problem.
