The difference is quite big.
Air fryers with air ducts can improve the efficiency of hot air circulation in the inner pot, making the food heated more evenly and taste better.
While air fryers without air ducts have a smooth surface and are easy to clean, the air circulation is not good and the finished food tastes bad.
How does hydrogen circulate in a hydrogen-cooled generator?
Remove part of the gypsum line.
The crudest method is to remove part of the plaster line and let the air conditioner out, which will basically not affect the overall aesthetics.
Use guide blades to change the direction of the air outlet.
The air outlet is blocked by the light slot, and the direction of the air outlet can be changed through the guide blades. This is a relatively simple and convenient way to deal with it.
Install an external air deflector.
You can install an external air deflector to guide the air from the air conditioner. It’s just that the visual effect will be relatively poor, and you have to sacrifice the appearance.
Raise the ceiling height of the air conditioner unit.
Hydrogen only circulates in the chamber of the generator. There are generally four cold air chambers and five hot air chambers (four in and five out, cold air in and hot air out, taking 200MW as an example) to generate electricity. There is usually a heat-coated fan at the end of the generator's rotor, which rotates with the rotor during operation. These two fans blow the cold air (hydrogen) cooled by the generator's four-corner hydrogen cooler into the space between the generator's stator and rotor. cavity, then goes out, passes through the hot and cold air chambers in sequence, and after reaching the middle hot air chamber, comes out from the outside of the stator chamber, and then is cooled by the four-corner cooler to start a new cycle.
Hydrogen is produced by electrolyzing water in an electrolyzer in a hydrogen station. If the generator leaks hydrogen, or other factors cause the hydrogen pressure to be low, the hydrogen main pipe from the hydrogen station can be replenished. If the hydrogen purity is not acceptable, the hydrogen is vented from the generator to the atmosphere.
Hydrogen-cooled generators use hydrogen gas to cool the rotor of the generator.
