Calculation and evaluation of on-grid electricity price for wind farms

Abstract: Electricity price is a constraint on the development of wind power generation The most critical factor is to encourage the development of wind power generation and ensure reasonable profits from wind power project investment. The electricity price model of wind power generation is mainly established through the calculation of internal rate of return (IRR). Based on the analysis of the mathematical model, specific research is carried out. The impact of various factors on electricity prices was analyzed, and confirmed research was conducted to establish an index system for the calculation and evaluation of wind power grid electricity prices. Combining research work with the specific realities of wind power enterprises, focusing on solving the problem of calculating wind power grid electricity prices, localizing wind turbine equipment, reducing equipment prices and after-sales services, reducing wind farm operating costs, doing a good job in the preliminary work of wind farms, and accurately grasping wind energy resources to create a reliable foundation for accurate calculation of on-grid electricity prices. It is recommended that the wind power on-grid price policy be determined as a conditional fixed on-grid price policy and ensure the integrity and continuity of the policy.
