The oxygen sensor is damaged, replace the oxygen sensor.
The engine's oxygen sensor is damaged. If the trip computer cannot get the value, the engine's fuel injection amount will be abnormal, which will cause the engine speed to be high and slow. Therefore, after replacing the generator in 09 Lefeng, 80 miles 3,000 rpm. The oxygen sensor can be replaced.
The way to maintain the oxygen sensor is not to use low-quality gasoline. Low-quality gasoline contains a lot of heavy metals, which can easily cause poisoning and failure of the oxygen sensor after use.
Place the engine upright and remove the intake and exhaust manifolds and cylinder head outlet pipes.
Remove the cylinder head cover, remove the rocker shaft assembly on the front and rear cylinder heads; remove the crankshaft tube ventilation pipe, remove the tappet chamber cover; remove the push rod.
Note: Take out the tappets in order, and mark the sequence numbers at the same time, so that they can be put back in order during reassembly, so as to keep the original friction pairs paired and avoid mistakes.
Remove the cylinder head and gasket. The bolts and nuts of the cylinder head should be removed in the order specified by the original vehicle.
Note: If there is no provision, it should be disassembled evenly from both ends to the middle.
After all the bolts and nuts are removed, you can use a wooden hammer to tap around the cylinder head to loosen it. Then use a disassembly tool to put it into the valve guide holes at both ends of the cylinder head or pull it out smoothly by hand. Remove.
Note: It is not allowed to be used to insert the cylinder head to avoid damage to the cylinder gasket.
Put the engine on its side and check whether there are any marks on the clutch cover and flywheel. If there are no marks, they should be repaired. Then rotate the crankshaft flywheel, remove the eight clutch fixing bolts symmetrically and evenly around the clutch cover, and remove the clutch assembly.
Pry flat the locking washer of the starting claw, remove the starting claw, remove the locking plate, and use a puller to remove the crankshaft pulley and torsional damper. It is not allowed to hit the pulley with a hammer to avoid warping, deformation and breakage of the pulley.
Remove the valve group.
When the valve is closed, use valve spring pliers to compress the valve spring, use a screwdriver to remove the locking plate (or use needle-nose pliers to remove the lock pin), then relax the valve spring pliers and remove the valve and valve. Spring and elastic base.
Note: The intake and exhaust valves of each cylinder should be placed in order to avoid confusion.
Remove the timing gear chamber cover and oil pan.
Check whether there are any marks on the timing gear. If there are no marks, make corresponding marks on the two gears. Turn the camshaft timing gear, align the two round holes on the gear with the fixing bolts on the camshaft thrust flange, remove the two bolts, remove the distributor connecting shaft, and pull out the camshaft.
