1. Inspection method
If the voltage boost of the generator fails to reach the rated value, the inspection should be carried out according to the following procedures:
(1) Check whether the generator stator voltmeter is normal
p>
(2) Check whether the excitation voltage and excitation ammeter indication are normal
(3) Check whether the generator excitation switch and working excitation knife switch are closed properly and can be re-closed< /p>
(4) Check whether the generator excitation power supply is normal
(5) Check whether the primary fuse device of the generator is normal and whether the PT secondary automatic switch contact is good
(6) Check whether the DC power supply of the regulator is normal and whether the regulator is damaged
(7) Check whether the generator brushes are severely worn
(8) Check whether the power cabinet is abnormal< /p>
(9) If the above are normal, you should check whether the prime mover is running well
2. Things that should be paid attention to during the boost operation
The boost operation of the gasoline generator should be carried out after the generator speed has stabilized, and the following matters should be paid attention to:
(1) The boost should be carried out slowly, Let the stator voltage rise slowly
(2) During the voltage boosting process, the rotor voltage, current and stator voltage should be monitored and the stator voltage should rise evenly. The stator current
should be zero. If current is found, it means there is a short circuit fault in the stator circuit. The excitation should be cut off immediately for inspection
to eliminate the short circuit point
< p> (3) When the voltage rises to 50% of the rated value, the three-phase voltage of the stator should be measured separately to see if it is balanced. Whenthe voltage rises to the rated value, check whether the zero-sequence voltage of the generator is normal. When normal, it should be 3‰≤SV
(Suppose the zero-sequence voltage is UO)< /p>
(4) During the voltage boosting process, check the working condition of the generator and exciter, check whether the brush operation is normal
, and whether the inlet and outlet air temperature, sound, and vibration are normal< /p>

The voltage boosting operation of the gasoline generator should be carried out after the generator speed has stabilized, and the following matters should be paid attention to:
1. The voltage boosting should be carried out slowly to allow the stator voltage to rise slowly.

If current is found, it means there is a short circuit fault in the stator circuit. The excitation should be cut off immediately for inspection to eliminate the short circuit point.
3. When the voltage rises to 50% of the rated value, measure whether the three-phase voltage of the stator is balanced. When the voltage rises to the rated value, check whether the zero-sequence voltage of the generator is normal. When normal, it should be 3‰≤SV (assuming the zero-sequence voltage is UO).
4. During the voltage boosting process, the working condition of the generator and exciter should be checked, whether the brushes are running normally, and whether the inlet and outlet air temperature, sound, and vibration are normal.
5. After the boosted ground voltage reaches the rated value, the insulation condition of the rotor circuit should be checked. Normally, the positive and negative poles are in pairs.
