One turn of a wind turbine generates about 0.1 kilowatt-hour of electricity. At rated speed, a 100kw wind turbine generates 0.1 kilowatt-hour of electricity. When the wind energy is sufficient and stable, a 2MW direct-drive type Wind energy generators can generate 2,000 degrees of electricity every 60 minutes.
It takes 3.5 seconds for the fan blades to rotate once. Wind turbines between 50W and 300W are 12V, wind turbines between 300W and 800W are 24V wind turbines, and wind turbines above 800W are usually wind turbines above 36V.
A wind turbine is an electrical device that converts wind energy into mechanical work. The mechanical work drives the rotor to rotate and finally outputs alternating current. Its working principle is relatively simple. It uses the sun as the heat source and the atmosphere as the working principle. The heat energy of the medium is utilized by the generator. As a power source that replaces human and animal power, it plays an important role in the development of productivity. Wind power generation often has no fuel problems and generally does not produce radiation or air pollution. Generator types include asynchronous, synchronous, horizontal axis, and vertical axis.
There are two cooling methods for diesel generator sets: air cooling and water cooling.
1. Wind cooling method:
The wind cooling method uses air as the cooling medium to transfer the heat from the heated parts of the diesel engine. This cooling method consists of a cooling fan and a guide cover. etc. composition.
In order to increase the heat dissipation neps, many corrugated fins are usually cast on the outer walls of the cylinder block, cylinder head and each radiator. When working, the fan rotates to flow the air along the air guide hood to the surface of the cylinder block and cylinder head. When the cold air flows through the heat sink, it takes away the heat given by the cylinder block and cylinder head.
The air-cooled cooling system has a simple structure and reduced weight, but the cooling effect is poor. It is mostly used in small diesel engines and is suitable for areas lacking water.
2. Water cooling method:
The water cooling method uses water as the cooling medium to transfer the heat from the heated parts of the diesel engine. The characteristic of this cooling method is that it is easy to adjust the cooling intensity when the temperature or workload changes.
There are two types of water cooling methods: open type and closed type. In an open cooling system, the circulating water is directly connected to the atmosphere, and the steam pressure in the cooling system is always maintained at atmospheric pressure. In a closed system, water circulates in the closed system, and the vapor pressure of the cooling system is greater than the atmospheric pressure. Since the temperature difference between the cooling water temperature and the outside air temperature increases, the heat dissipation capacity of the entire cooling system is improved.
