Causes and solutions to motor bearing overheating: 1. Bearing damage. should be replaced. 2. There is too little or too much grease in the rolling bearing or there are impurities such as iron filings. The capacity of bearing grease should not exceed 70% of the total volume, and any impurities should be replaced. 3. The fit between the shaft and the bearing is too tight or too loose. If it is too tight, it should be reground; if it is too loose, the shaft should be sleeved. 4. The fit between the bearing and the end cover is too tight or too loose. If it is too tight, process the bearing chamber; if it is too loose, insert a steel sleeve into the end cover. 5. The two end covers or bearing covers of the motor are poorly assembled. Insert the end cover or bearing cover into the slot, install it flatly, and tighten the screws. 6. The belt is too tight or the coupling is poorly assembled. Adjust belt tension and correct coupling. 7. There is too little lubricating oil in the sliding bearing, there are impurities, or the oil ring is stuck. The oil should be refueled, replaced with new oil, and the oil ring should be repaired or replaced. Small Wind Power Generation Maintenance of the machine
If the user has no special requirements, the wind turbine bearings, yaw, and pitch slew bearings are filled with standard lithium-based grease when delivered. If grease is added during installation, the internal space of the bearing should generally be filled. After the bearing is installed and put into operation, check and replenish the grease once after 100 hours of continuous operation. The lubrication cycle is based on usage and environment. We recommend lubrication every 150 hours under normal circumstances. If the use requirements are strict or in a dusty or humid environment, the lubrication cycle should be shortened to 50 hours. Grease needs to be added before or after long-term stop use. If it is stopped for a longer period of time, it needs to be lubricated every 6 months.
There should be lubrication holes in the radial direction of the bearing, and a grease gun can be used to add grease. Before installing the grease nipple or connecting pipe, remove the plastic plug or screw plug from the oil hole. When adding grease to the raceway, it should be uniformly greased and rotated at a slow speed. It is moderate to see a small amount of new grease squeezed out on the lip of the sealing ring.
1. Inspect, clean and lubricate all rotating parts once a year;
2. Conduct inspections on wire ropes, rigging and all fastening connections before the rainy season every year Clean the surface and apply anti-rust oil;
3. Lubricate and maintain the generator bearings once every one year of operation;
4. Lubricate all open-air parts of the wind turbine every two years Do a cleaning, rust removal, and painting. 1. The open-air parts are all made of stainless steel or have undergone special long-term anti-rust treatment, so there is no need to maintain the appearance;
2. The generator uses high-grade bearings and high-grade lithium-based grease. Check the bearings after 5 years of operation and add appropriate amounts of grease if necessary.
