Wind farms are not just state-owned. According to relevant public information, wind farms are both state-owned and privately owned. Wind power is an industry, and the industry cannot be classified as collective, state-owned or individual. Secondly, wind power generation includes many contents, including equipment manufacturing companies, such as gearbox manufacturers, tower manufacturers, generator manufacturers, complete machine manufacturers, etc. There are also power generation companies, namely wind farms. Finally, in terms of the current wind power situation, most equipment manufacturing companies are non-state-owned enterprises, while most wind farms are state-owned enterprises, but not all are state-owned.
The capacity of 33 Tai 1.5MW wind turbine should be 49.5MW. If the designed total installed capacity is 200MW, these 33 units should be only the first phase of the project. But these 33 units should be considered small wind farms. If 200MW is installed, it should be considered a medium-to-large size
I am talking about inland wind farms. I don’t know about offshore ones
