The project is located in Zongjia Town, Dulan County, Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, on the north and south sides of G109 National Highway. The 1#, 2#, 3# and 4# plots are about 90km away from Golmud City, and the 5# plot is about 125km away from Golmud City, with relatively convenient transportation. The altitude is between 2785m and 3000m.
The landform of the site area is a piedmont sloping alluvial plain. The area is higher in the south and lower in the north. The landform type is desert sand, and the terrain is open and flat. The multi-year average temperature is 5.3℃, the extreme maximum temperature is 35.4℃, the extreme minimum temperature is -27.2℃, the annual average precipitation is 16.7mm~487.7mm, and the annual average evaporation is 1353.9mm~3526.1mm.
It is typical Plateau continental climate. The multi-year average wind speed of the weather station is 2.87m/s, and the maximum wind speed is 28m/s. The annual average wind speed at a height of 90m in the site area is about 6.4~7.0m/s. The climate is unique, with strong solar radiation, large temperature difference between day and night, and year-round drought, windy and little rain. , regional earthquake fortification intensity VIII.
The installed capacity of this section is 350MW, and a total of 140 wind turbine units with a single capacity of 2.5MW produced by Sany Heavy Energy are installed, with an impeller diameter of 141m. The tower is divided into four sections, with a total height of 90m and a total weight of 166.102t. The tower foundation adopts the anchor bolt assembly type.
The cost of dismantling the base of a wind turbine is about 250 yuan/kw. According to relevant public information, the lifting cost of dismantling a wind turbine base is 150-200 yuan/kw, the transportation cost is also approximately 130 yuan/kw, and the dismantling cost is 20 yuan/kw.
