Offshore wind energy generally consists of a number of wind turbines and transmission systems.
The principle of wind power generation: wind power is used to rotate the blades of the windmill, and then the speed increase is used to increase the speed of rotation to encourage the generator to produce electricity. Depending on wind turbine technology, electricity production can start at a speed of around three meters per second (light wind level). Wind power requires no fuel and produces no radiation or air pollution. The equipment needed to produce wind energy is called a wind turbine. This type of wind turbine can be roughly divided into three parts: the wind turbine, the generator and the tower.
