When installing the recorder, for safety reasons, the recorder is installed at a specific height. The sensor wires and lightning rod copper wires should be turned down and tangled around the tower, and finally connected to the recorder and a copper A. rod is connected through the base plate.

Wind measuring tower sensor
The windlass drives the top of the guide rod, and All cables in position 5 of the wind measuring tower are also attached to the top of the guide rod. Use wire nuts to secure the cable to the ground anchor. Use 3 line cards for each cable with 20mm spacing.
Slowly raise the wind measuring tower, keeping the guide rod vertical and do not turn the guide rod.
When you start to lift the wind measuring tower, the top of the guide rod should be tightened by personnel on both sides with ropes to keep it vertical.
Upgrade the wind measuring tower
Before installing the tower tube, apply grease to the connection and use a sledgehammer to hammer the connection firmly to prevent the wind direction instrument from deforming when the tower is erected on a slope.
In the hoist installation department, the wind measuring tower is in the opposite direction, 9.1 meters from the base plate. The hoist must use a number of 12 volt batteries.
Then the base plate and pipe fittings are installed, and the base plate is reinforced with “L” shaped iron rods.
Before installing the wind measuring tower, first determine the anchor point and base plate point of the base, then screw the andig the ground and dig the hole. If the soil quality is poor, the concrete pouring method will be used to dig the pit.
