There are some things to consider when installing the 100 kW diesel generator fume exhaust system. Only in this way can the correctness of the installation be guaranteed.
1. All generators installed indoors must use sealed exhaust pipes to discharge exhaust gases outdoors. The installation of exhaust pipes must comply with relevant specifications, standards and other requirements
2. . Make sure hot exhaust mufflers and tailpipes are kept away from flammable substances.
3. Make sure that the smoke released does not pose a danger to the public.
4. When designing the smoke exhaust system, the most fundamental consideration is that the back pressure cannot exceed the allowable range, because excessive back pressure will greatly reduce the efficiency and durability of the engine and at the same timewill significantly increase fuel consumption. In order to reduce back pressure, the exhaust pipe should be designed as short as possible. If it is necessary to bend it, the labyrinth must be at least 1.5 times the inner diameter of the pipe. Designs exceeding 3m must be approved by the manufacturer.
5. The generator smoke exhaust elbow cannot be 90 degrees and the unit cannot have more than three outlet elbows.
