There is a formula you can refer to to analyze your problem:
Motor power: P=1.732×U×I×cosφ
Motor torque: T= 9549×P /n ;
Motor power torque=9550*output power/output speed
Torque=9550*output power/output speed
P = T*n / 9550
Derivation of the formula
Relationship between motor power, torque and speed
Power = force*speed
P=F*V - --Formula 1
Torque (T) = Torque (F) * Radius of action (R) It follows that F=T/R ---Formula 2
Linear speed (V)=2πR*rotational speed per second (n seconds) =2πR*rotational speed per minute (n minutes)/60 =πR*n minutes/30---Formula 3
Replace formulas 2 and 3 in formula 1 Obtain:
P=F*V=T/R*πR*n points/30 =π/30*T*n points
-----P = unit of power W, T = unit of torque Nm, n minutes = unit of rotation speed per minute
If the unit of P is converted into KW, then lThe formula is as follows:
P*1000 =π/30*T*n 30000/π*P=T*n 30000/3.1415926*P=T*n
The Wheel bearings are important rolling elements of automobiles. The wheel hub shaft is responsible for reducing friction resistance during chassis operation and maintaining the normal driving of the car. If the wheel hub bearing fails, it may cause noise, heating of the bearings, etc., especially the front wheel, which can easily lead to dangerous phenomena such as loss of steering. Therefore, wheel hub bearings must be maintained on time.
1. Inspection of wheel hub bearings
(1) When checking the tightness of the wheel hub bearings, first install the wheel axle to one end of the wheel hub of the car to inspect and use a car stool to cover the car. Use wood and other utensils to instdrive the car safely.
(2) Turn the inspected wheel several times by hand to see if it turns smoothly and if there is any abnormal noise. If the rotation is not smooth and there is a friction sound, it means that the brake part is not normal; if there is no noise, the rotation is not smooth and it tightens and loosens sometimes, it means the bearing part is not normal. When the above abnormal phenomena occur, the wheel hub should be disassembled and inspected.
For small cars, when checking wheel bearings, hold the upper and lower sides of the tire with both hands, pull the tire back and forth with both hands, and repeat this operation several times. If this is normal, there should be no feeling of play or blocking; If there is an obvious feeling of play in the swing, the wheel hub should be disassembled and inspected.
(3) inspection ofbrakes. Usually, when checking the wheel hub bearing, the wheel braking device is also checked. If there are oil stains inside the tire, it is probably caused by oil leaking from the brake cylinder or brake oil pipe. discovered and eliminated in time.
2. Maintenance of wheel hub bearings
Before disassembling the wheel hub, preparations for maintenance of the wheel hub should be made, the car should be parked stably, and the axle should be adjusted to ensure the safety of maintenance operations.
(1) Remove the decorative cover and dust cover from the hub shaft head;
(2) Remove the tire nut and tire, taking care not to damage the tire threads; bolts. If it is a disc brake, remove the brake and use pliers to remove the lock ring or lock pin.
(3) Use special toolsaux to remove the wheel hub;
(4) Scrape off the old grease in the bearing, journal and hub cavity, and clean the hub bearing and shaft. with the neck of the cleaning agent and wipe with a cloth, and finally wipe the inner cavity of the wheel hub with a cloth.
(5) Check the wheel hub bearing and raceway. If cracks, fatigue spalling, and loose bearing rollers are found, the bearings should be replaced. If pitting is detected on the bearing race, the bearing must also be replaced.
(6) Check the fit between the inside diameter of the bearing and the journal. The adjustment deviation should not exceed 0.1 O mm. When measuring the trunnion, it should be located in the upper and lower parts of. Measurement of the vertical floor (this is the largest wearing part). If the adjustment clearance exceeds the specified usage limit, the bearingnt must be replaced to restore normal adjustment clearance. It is not permitted to make burrs or pitting on the journal to reduce the gap.
(7) After all parts meet the requirements, apply grease to the inner bearing and place it into the wheel hub.
(8) When applying grease to the inner cavity of the bearing, care must be taken to press the grease into the bearing until the grease emerges from the other side of the bearing. Apply a thin layer of grease to the hub cavity and shaft head cap to prevent rust. Be careful not to apply too much grease into the hub cavity, otherwise it will affect heat dissipation and braking.
(9) Reinstall the wheel hub and outer bearing onto the journal, tighten the shaft head adjusting nut by hand, then use a shaft head wrench to tighten the adjusting nut to the specified torque. After asee tight the nut, you need to turn the wheel hub left and right several times to see how the bearing is installed. On the other hand, make sure that the bearing and seat ring fit properly when rotating. At this time, the sealing of the bearings is appropriate and the wheels can rotate freely without feeling axial play.
(10) Finally, install the lock plate, fixing nut, tire, dust cover, decorative cover and other parts in order.
(11) After the wheel hub bearing is adjusted, drive for a certain mileage (about 1 km), stop and check, and wipe the wheel hub temperature. If it's hot, it's because the wheel hub is hot. The bearing has been overtightened and needs to be readjusted. Release bearing tightening appropriately.
