When the cooling effect of air conditioning is not good, the common phenomena and solutions are as follows:
(1) The temperature of the external environment is high, there has a lot of people inside and the air conditioner is running at full load. The air blown from the outlet is cold, but the ambient temperature cannot be lowered. This is not a malfunction. When the room temperature is above 33°C, heat infiltration from outside increases, which increases the cooling load of the air conditioner if there are many people in the room, for example a 20 meter room squares with cooling capacity; of 2500W, if there are 10 people sitting still in the room. Then the heat dissipation per person is about 120W, and the total heat dissipation for 10 people is 1200W, which uses half of the cooling capacity of the air conditioner. At thisstage, the cooling capacity of the air conditioner is insufficient and the room. the temperature cannot be lowered. This is a normal phenomenon and we cannot say that the air conditioner is useless.
(2) The power supply voltage is too low, causing the air conditioner to be difficult to start, stop after starting, or the fuse is blown. This is not a fault. As long as the cause of the power supply is checked, the grid voltage is too low. The user needs to install a power regulator to increase the voltage to 220V so that the air conditioner can be used normally.
(3) If the room temperature cannot be lowered when the strong cooling setting is turned on and the air output from the air outlet is not large, it is because that the air filter has accumulated dust, blocking air circulation and causing cooling inside the machine. Quantity cannot be estimatedcaused by circulating air in time, resulting in insufficient cooling capacity. This is not a malfunction, as long as you remove the filter and clean it, it will return to normal.
(4) The thermostat is incorrectly adjusted and is not performing its maximum cooling function, preventing the room from cooling. This problem can be solved by adjusting the thermostat.
(5) The cooling and heating effect of heat pump air conditioners is not ideal in cold winter, which is also a normal phenomenon. For heat pump air conditioners without automatic defrost, the lowest ambient temperature used is 5°C above zero. Below this temperature, heating will not occur or the effect will be poor. This is due to frost accumulating on the external heat exchanger and blocking the air. . Flow, because it can no longer absorb heat from the outside; for heat pump air conditioners withautomatic defrost, the lowest ambient temperature it uses is -5°C, and it cannot heat effectively if it is lower than this temperature.
(7) Improper installation position of the air conditioner will also cause uneven indoor temperature or poor cooling effect. In this case, the installation position of the air conditioner must be readjusted.
