The cause of the problem is that the air filter is clogged, causing insufficient air intake into the engine, the engine intake and exhaust pipes are not smooth, or the intake and exhaust back pressure is too high and the fuel drain valve or fuel tank vent hole is blocked, the oil quality does not meet the requirements, the turbocharger fails and other malfunctions occur. The treatment method is to remove the air filter for inspection, clean or replace the air filter element, and ensure smooth air inlet. Check the engine intake and exhaust pipes to ensure that the engine intake and exhaust pipes are clear. Remove the pipes and clean the oil supply and return pipes. If necessary, replace the supply linesoil inlet and return as well as the tank breather pipe.
Check the quality of the oil to ensure it meets requirements. Check if the turbocharger runs normally, then check the bearings for dirt and repair them if necessary. If the engine exhaust smoke level still exceeds the standard after eliminating the above faults, please contact the generator manufacturer for treatment.
The storage environment requirements for back pressure generators include the following four points.
1. Storage environment requirements for back pressure generators: Good ventilation.
2. Storage environment requirements for back pressure generators: windproof, waterproof and sunshade to protect parts from rain, snow, flood erosion and exposure to sunlight sun.
3.Storage environment requirements for back pressure generators: The engine should not be exposed to polluted air, grinding dust, smoke, oil vapor, evaporation and to corrosive gases.
4. Storage environment requirements for back pressure generators: There should be no trees or poles around. Avoid falling and crushing the generator. It should not be near vehicles or cranes to avoid falling and hitting objects.
