1. The gas generator room should be kept away from open flame areas!

3. The gas generator room should be spacious, bright and require the installation of a fan to ensure good ventilation!
4. The gas generator room must comply with fire protection requirements and be equipped with fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment. An alarm deviceFuel gas should be installed in the engine room to avoid leakage of fuel gas. can be detected in time!
5. The gas must be desulfurized, dehydrated and dedusted, with flow rate ≤0.25Nm and hydrogen ≤10%! Cooling water for gas generator sets should use softened water.
6. Explosion-proof measures should be adopted for lighting, switches, circuits and electrical appliances installed indoors and should be securely fixed!
7. The inner diameter of the outer main pipe of the gas pipeline of a single gas engine less than 60 kW shall not be less than 2 inches, and the inner diameter of the part near the engine shall not be less than 2 inches. less than 1 inch! Gas generators over 60 kW are 3 inches and 2 inches respectively. And gas valves (stainless steel ball valves), drain valves and non-return devices offlame must be installed. Welding slag (with high pressure air) should be cleaned after the gas pipeline welding is completed!
