Pacific Automotive Network generator oil leaks are most likely caused by running for too long and the oil seal not being properly sealed. When oil leakage occurs in a diesel generator, it will lead to increased fuel consumption of the diesel generator, accelerated wear of parts, reduced power and other failures. So it must be repaired in time.
Solutions to generator oil leaks:
1. Use oil to remedy leaks. When the paper pads of oil pan, cylinder head, gear chamber cover, crankcase rear cover, etc. of diesel engine are leaking, as long as the paper pads are intact and the gasket surfaces are clean, you can apply a layer of butter on both sides of the paper pads and tighten the anti-leak bolts.
2. Use padding to deal with leaks. Ifoil is leaking from the anti-leak joint of the diesel fuel pipe joint, you can add a layer of thin plastic pads with smooth sides to both sides of the anti-leak joint and tighten it tightly to prevent leaking.
3. Use glue to fix leaks. When the leaks are caused by blisters and pores in the diesel engine body parts, apply adhesive glue to the cleaned damaged areas to remedy the leaks.
4. Method for dealing with liquid sealant leaks. When solid seal defects and leaks occur on a diesel engine, apply liquid sealant to the cleaned solid seal seal surface.
5. Use anaerobic glue to fix leaks. In case of leakage at ventilation bolts, studs, threaded plugs, etc. of the diesel engine, apply anaerobic glue to the cleaned bolts, threads or screw holes.
