Of course, I'm afraid, water can easily cause a short circuit.
When the three-phase stator winding is connected to the three-phase power supply, the generated magnetic field rotates in space. The rotor moves relative to the stator in the magnetic field, cutting the magnetic field. and forming an induced electromotive force. Once the rotor's copper bars or rotor windings are supplied with current, they are subjected to a force in the magnetic field and the rotor turns.
The motor rotor is divided into two types: internal rotor rotation and external rotor rotation. The inner rotor rotates such that the core in the middle of the motor is a rotating body, which produces torque (referring to the motor) or receives energy (referring to the generator). The external rotor rotation method uses the outer body of the motor as the rotating body. Different methods facilitate applications in various situationsns.
Engine rotor: It is also a rotating part in the engine. The motor consists of two parts: a rotor and a stator. It is a device used to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy and mechanical energy into electrical energy. Engine rotors are divided into engine rotors and generator rotors.
Under normal circumstances, we will take good care of the equipment when using it, but if water accidentally enters the range extender generator due to poor maintenance, what should we do? what we do to ensure normal operation of the equipment?
1. Do not start the range extender generator immediately after water has entered it. Rinse the surface of the diesel engine with water, remove dirt and debris, then remove oil stains on the surface.
2. Support one end of the generator so that the oil drain portion of the crankcase dengine oil is in the lowest position. Unscrew the oil drain plug and remove the oil dipstick to allow water to enter the oil. pan drains by itself.
3. Remove the intake and exhaust pipes as well as the muffler, and remove the internal water. Turn on the pressure relief and crank the engine to see if water flows from the inlet and exhaust ports. If there is water drained, continue to rotate the crankshaft until all the water in the cylinder is drained.
4. Remove the air filter, remove the upper filter shell, remove the filter element and other components, remove the water in the filter and clean all parts. After drying, install it in accordance with regulations.
5. Remove the fuel tank, drain all the oil and water, then check for water in the filter and oil pipe. If there is water, drain it. Clean the fuel tankant and diesel filter, then put them back in place, connect the oil line and add clean fuel to the fuel tank.
6. Remove the generator, check the stator and rotor inside the generator, then dry them before reassembly.
