Finally, let's compare the effects before and after the perm.
1. Preparation for safe installation of air conditioners
Since air conditioners can only form a complete operating system after installation, connection and debugging. The installation of air conditioners has a great impact on the safety and quality of air conditioners in the future. This is why there is a saying in the air conditioning industry that “30% quality, 70% installation”. To guarantee the quality of the air conditioning installation, it is very important to carry out various preparations.instructions before installation.
1. Determine the installation location of the air conditioner indoor unit
The air conditioner indoor unit should be a certain distance from the top of the room and the walls on both sides. The distance is generally greater than 15cm to prevent air circulation from being blocked. When choosing the location of the indoor unit, consider choosing a location with easy drainage and where the outdoor unit pipeline can be connected; choose a place where there are no valuable items such as TVs and computers underneath and a place where the air outlet is not located; blow directly towards the bed.
2. Determine the installation location of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner
Maximize the cooling and heating effects of the air conditioner; minimize unwanted effects such as noise, vibration and condensation; , and hot and cold air, andvs. ; safe, strong and easy to maintain; outside as close as possible to the indoor unit, with some space left to the front, rear and left of the outdoor unit; avoid direct sunlight and carry an umbrella if necessary, but do not impede air circulation; avoid places with heavy oil smoke, lots of wind and sand, poor heat dissipation or high temperature heat sources; avoid places with easy leakage of flammable gases; and highly corrosive gases; avoid places with high salt content such as seaside places, hot spring areas and places where there is sulfur gas and avoid other large gases; Where there is water quality problem 'air.
2. Air conditioner disassembly and assembly steps
Step 1. Before disassembling the air conditioner, the refrigerant contained in the air conditioner should be collected in the outdoor unitolder.
Step 2. Liquid collection step: First turn the air conditioner into cooling mode and start it to work. Open the brass hexagonal valve cover of the high pressure valve on the outdoor unit and use an inner hexagonal wrench to close the high pressure valve. At this time, the air conditioner is still working, because the high pressure valve has been closed, so the refrigerant can no longer flow through the high pressure valve to the indoor unit for heat exchange, but is compressed in the outdoor unit. When the air conditioner runs for about 3-5 minutes and no cold air is blown from the indoor unit, it means all the refrigerant has been received into the outdoor unit. At this point, close the low pressure three-way valve of the outdoor unit. At this time, the refrigerant liquid is enclosed in the outdoor unit. Turn off the air conditioner.
Step 3. At this point, you can disassemble the unit, remove the connection pipes between the indoor and outdoor units, and remove the cables between the indoor and outdoor units.
Step 4. Pay attention to cleaning when removing the China Unicom copper pipe, and use plastic bags to seal the pipe mouth and three-way valve interface to prevent dust and impurities from entering.
Air conditioning installation steps
1. Position the outdoor unit and pay attention to the level when installing the rack.
2. When positioning the indoor unit, the indoor unit should be tilted slightly towards the water outlet. If the tilt direction is opposite, condensation will escape from the indoor unit into the room. Pipes and cables connecting indoor units. When connecting the low pressure pipe of the outdoor unit and the three-way valve, be careful not to tighten firstthe pipe joint caps, but loosen them slightly. After connecting all the pipes, open the high pressure valve a. first, and wait for refrigerant to flow from the low pressure pipe. When the hose cap screw comes out, tighten the low pressure hose cap.
3. After checking that there are no problems at all connections, you can fully open the high and low pressure valves, and the refrigerant liquid will enter the refrigeration cycle system. Start the machine and operate it. At this point, you can use a clamp meter to check the current on the main power line of the air conditioner. Determine whether the air conditioner is operating normally based on the rated current calibrated on the air conditioner nameplate.
Precautions for installing the air conditioner
In addition to understanding the steps of disassembling and assembling air conditioners, itIt is also very important to pay attention to the installation precautions of the air conditioner.
1. Avoid places where flammable gas leaks or environments containing highly corrosive gases;
2. Avoid places where strong artificial electricity or magnetic fields are directly affected;
>3. Try to avoid places prone to noise and vibration;
4. Try to avoid places with harsh natural conditions (such as heavy oil smoke, strong wind and sand, direct sunlight or high temperature heat sources). ;
5. Places difficult to access for children;
6. Minimize the length of the connection between indoor and outdoor units;
7. maintenance, inspection and ventilation Reasonable location.
Around us, many families own more and more household appliances, and if some appliancesreils are used too long, we have to face a series of problems such as disassembly, assembly and repair. However, the disassembly and assembly of air conditioners is a professional technical work in air conditioning. Do not underestimate this seemingly simple disassembly and assembly work, but in the hands of technicians who do not understand it, there are different operating modes . Therefore, we must be careful when disassembling and assembling the air conditioner, because if there is a slight mistake, it will cause certain damage to the air conditioner. Therefore, consumers are recommended to try to choose a company authorized by the manufacturer for installation when disassembling and assembling air conditioners.
