The generator coil cooling water temperature range is 40-50℃. An automatic adjustment device is provided to adjust the inlet water temperature, and the cooling water temperature fluctuation range is not more than 2°C. The water temperature at the battery outlet must not be higher than 85°C. This is a requirement for 660 MW units. As for alarms and trips, each manufacturer's regulations stipulate this.
What you want to ask is why the motor stator has a water channel for cooling, but the rotor in has a. no cooling water channel? The water flow of the air cooler carries away the heat and the heat is radiated.
1. The water flow from the air cooler carries away heat: the rotor has no special cooling. There is an air cooler specially used to cool the generator in the tunnel under the windt. and removes heat.
2. Radiation heat dissipation: The motor rotor is not independently cooled and can dissipate heat from the stator by thermal radiation.
