1. Remove the inner cover, handrails, brackets, etc. of the hydraulic wheel.
2. Remove the water seal device from the water guide bearing (1# machine is seal, 2# machine is rubber flat seal).
3. Remove the external pipe of the water tank, remove the water tank fixing bolts, lift the water tank, and use a hoist to take it out of the water truck room after decomposition.
4. Push the shaft to the water guide and measure the clearance of the water guide tile as a reference for maintenance and adjustment of the water guide bearing. 5. Loosen the anti-weight bolts of the water guide slab, use the jack to lift the water guide slab, then use a hoist to lift the water guide slab and lift it halfway out from the water truck room. Pay attention to marking the orientation of the water guide tiles.
Does it existrequirements for the temperature difference of the guide bearings of the hydroelectric generator?
In the hydropower plant, the upper guide, lower guide, water guide and thrust bearings of the four bearings of the hydroelectric generator all have temperatures. The upper limit is usually set to alarm at 60 degrees Celsius. If it exceeds 65 degrees Celsius, the machine will stop due to an accident. In my experience, the temperature rise of the stops usually does not exceed 45 degrees Celsius. Additionally, the temperature difference between all abutment tiles is limited. The general specification should not exceed 8 degrees Celsius. Some power plants have special regulations. If the overall temperature of the thrust tile is too high, check whether the oil level is normal, whether the cooling water system is smooth, whether the dcooling water flow is sufficient and, if necessary, open the cover for inspection. If the temperature of some individual tiles is too high or too low, the push tile may not have been installed correctly when the force was applied, or the tile itself may be damaged or the paddle may be damaged. inflexible, etc.
In accordance with article 6.3 of GB/T7894-2009 "Basic technical conditions for hydrogenerators", the maximum temperature measured by the integrated thermometer method when the hydrogenerator is operating under normal operating conditions should not exceed:
75℃ guide bearing regula alloy tile
55℃ guide bearing plastic tile body
So, if the ambient temperature is 20℃, its temperature increases are 55K and 35K respectively.
