During maintenance, special attention should be paid to cleaning the parts. When reinstalling the disassembled parts, they should be cleaned and installed correctly, and then powered on to check whether the operation is normal.
Maintenance categories are as follows:
(1) Daily maintenance. (Work 8 to 10 hours)
(2) First level maintenance. (The car has traveled 2,500 km, i.e. a cumulative working time of 60 hours)
(3) Level 2 maintenance (the car has traveled 10,000 km, i.e. a total working time of 240 hours) < /p>< p>(4) Level 3 maintenance (the car has traveled 25,000 km) for a total of 500 working hours)
(5) Winter maintenance
(1) Daily maintenance< /p>
l. Check if the oil level in the oil pan is between the two marks on the oil dipstick, add more if it is insufficient. If the oil level suddenly rises or falls, check for it.the cause.
2. Check the amount of cooling water in the water tank. If it is insufficient, add more.
3. Check the battery electrolyte level, which should be kept 10-15mm higher than the plate. If it is insufficient, distilled water should be added.
4. Check the amount of fuel in the fuel tank. If it is insufficient, add more.
5. Check whether the diesel engine connection parts are reliable and whether the fasteners are loose.
6. Eliminate faults, “three leaks” and various abnormal phenomena observed when the diesel engine is running.
(2) First Level Maintenance
In addition to performing daily maintenance items, the following work should be performed:
l Clean the oil filter and. diesel filter device and its filter element. When servicing every 5,000 km, replace the oil filter element,replace the oil in the oil pan and clean the oil pan and oil pump suction housing.
2. Check and adjust fan belt tension.
3. Check and adjust the minimum stable no-load speed of the diesel engine.
4. Clean the air filter and filter element or replace the filter element if necessary.
5. Clean the filter in the oil inlet pipe bolt of the oil pump.
6. The fuel injection pump with non-mandatory lubrication must be checked and lubricated.
7. Add water pump lubricating grease.
(3) Second-level maintenance
In addition to completing first-level maintenance, the following work must also be performed:
l. the fuel injection pump and engine oil from the regulator (lubrication not required).
2. Replace the diesel filter element.
3. Replace the filter elementair.
(4) Third-level maintenance
In addition to carrying out second-level technical maintenance, the following work must also be carried out:
l. the cooling system and eliminate scale.
2. Check and adjust the injection pressure and atomization quality of the injector.
3. Check the fuel feed advance angle and adjust if necessary.
4. Check the tightness of the main bearing bolts, connecting rod bolts and cylinder head bolts, and tighten them to the specified torque if necessary.
5. Check the operating performance and water seal of the water pump, and add grease.
6. Disassemble and inspect the charging generator, start the engine, perform cleaning and maintenance, and add grease.
7. If necessary, disassemble the cylinder head and grind the valve to remove carbon deposits in the combustion chamberbustion.
8. Calibrate the fuel injection pump if necessary.
9. Disassemble and inspect the oil pump if necessary.
10. Replace wearing parts if necessary.
