(1) Immediately manually shut down the turbogenerator unit and allow the condensate system and vacuum pump to operate.
(2) Promptly turn off and close the bypass system, close the main and reheat steam pipe vents to the condenser, and prohibit the opening of the 5% boiler start-up bypass at condenser.
(3) Pay attention to temperature changes of each closed water user.
(4) Strengthen the monitoring of lubricating oil temperature, bearing metal temperature and bearing return oil temperature. If the bearing metal temperature and return oil temperature reach the limit, the vacuum should be destroyed and an emergency stop should be performed.
(5) Close the condenser circulating water inlet and outlet valves, wait for the exhaust steam temperature to drop below the valuer specified, then restore circulating water to the condenser.
(6) Check that the safety film of the low pressure cylinder has not been blown or damaged. Otherwise, you should notify maintenance and replace it in time.
If the generator cooling water temperature is too low, it will often damage the unit:
1. The temperature in the combustion chamber of the diesel engine will be too low, and the diesel will not be easily atomized and burned after injection. It is always discharged with the exhaust gases in the form of mist droplets and the color of the smoke is white.
2. The fuel is not completely burned and forms a colloid, which jams the piston ring in the piston ring groove, blocking the valve and the pressure in the cylinder decreases as compression ends. Certain combustion products combine with condensed water in the cylinder to generateAcidic substances that corrode the cylinder and significantly increase engine wear.
3. If the water temperature is too low, the engine oil temperature will also decrease, the engine oil will thicken, the fluidity will become poor, and the oil volume of the oil pump will decrease, resulting in poor performance. insufficient oil. In addition, the crankshaft bearing clearance will become smaller, which will lead to poor lubrication.
