1. Cause analysis:
1. The thermostat cannot be opened and the coolant cannot circulate widely
2. The engine radiator or water jacket is clogged, causing cooling; The liquid cannot function normally;
3. The water pump impeller is corroded and the pump water pressure is insufficient;
4. The water tank radiator is bent, deformed or blocked by foreign objects; material, affecting the heat dissipation effect;
5. Severe leak and insufficient coolant;
6. Engine ignition is too late
7. is too loose;
8. The electronic fan does not work or turns too slowly.
2. Solutions
1. Find a safe place to park immediately, but do not turn off the engine immediately. Keep the vehicle idling to continue dissipating heat, and at the same time open the hood of the mmotor to increase the heat dissipation rate and observe whether the cooling fan is working. Since the flame is extinguished at this time, the machine parts are in a state of expansion and the mounting spaces are very small. Once the machine stops, soft metal will fall out and some may even cause the cylinder to stick. . Also avoid pouring cold water on the engine block and cylinder head to cool them. This approach can cause the engine block to burst due to sudden cooling, leading to irreparable consequences. Also be careful not to try to open the radiator cap or coolant surge tank cap at this time, otherwise hot liquid may spurt out and cause burns.
2. After parking and opening the engine hood to dissipate heat, check for a water leak under the car. After a while,wait for the water temperature gauge needle to drop to the appropriate temperature position, then turn off the engine (turn off the flame).
3. After extinguishing the flame, wrap the coolant compensation tank cover with a damp towel, slowly open the first switch (about 1/4 turn), wait until the water vapor pressure is released, then fully open the cooling. Remove the cap from the fluid compensation tank, check the condition of the fluid in the radiator, and check for abnormalities in the fan. If the coolant is insufficient, it should be refilled in time to approach the min and max lines. If you don't have coolant on hand, you can temporarily substitute it with water. You will then need to completely replace the coolant. If the radiator is leaking or the fan is not spinnings, call the repair shop and wait for help. If necessary, you can also wait for the engine to cool completely and then drive the car to a repair shop at low speed.
Use a special external engine cleaner to quickly remove accumulated oil stains.
Caution when cleaning:
1. The machine must be stopped and cooled before use
2 Cover the distributor, the electrical part, the carburetor and the air inlet. system, exposure of electrical conductors may cause a short circuit. Pay special attention to all wires and electrical induction parts in the cover to minimize problems caused by cleaning with water.
3. Shake the cleaning agent thoroughly and spray it onto the dry machine, then immediately wipe the spray beyond the reach with a damp cloth to avoid waxing or streaking.
4. After havingr sprayed the cleaner, let it act for 5 minutes.
5. When the job is finished, start the machine and leave it in neutral for 5-10 minutes to ensure it is completely dry, then use a clean cloth. Rinse with water.
