Manual start
1. When the indoor temperature is below 20°C, turn on the electric heater to preheat the machine.
2. Check for debris in and around the machine body that could interfere with operation. If itIf so, remove them in time.
3. Check the crankcase oil level, fuel tank oil level, and radiator water level. If the oil level is lower than the specified value, it should be returned to the normal position.
4. Check if the fuel supply valve and cooling water shut-off valve are in the open position.
5. Check if the starting battery voltage is normal.
6. Check the test button on the electrical distribution panel and observe if each alarm light is on and on.
7. Check whether the electrical distribution panel switches are in the open position and whether the instrument indicators are in the zero position.
8. Start the air intake and exhaust fans.
9. Press the engine start button to start it. If the first startup fails, pressPress the corresponding reset button on the electrical distribution panel and wait until the alarm is cleared and the unit returns to normal before starting the second time.
