1: Battery:
If the diesel generator set does not work for a long time, the battery will suffer from this we commonly call "power-off" phenomenon, once the electrolytic water evaporates and cannot be replenished in time, the battery capacity will be reduced, resulting in power loss. If this happens for a long time, the battery will be damaged and battery life will be reduced. The battery will be shortened. Therefore, even if the generator is not used for a long time, it must be replenished regularly. Only in this way can the generator turn on normally in an emergency.
Two: Engine Oil
The function of engine oil is to lubricate various parts of the generator. If this is your first time using a new machine, the engine oil should be replaced. every 50 hours, because the new machine is running, the oil is consumed quickly and it is easy to get dirty. The time limit for the second oil change is extended to 100 hours, and so on for approximately 2 years. In addition, engine oil is not suitable for long-term storage, otherwise chemical reactions will occur and in severe cases the machine will be damaged.
Part 3: Filter
During the operation of the generator set, the filter plays a major role. However, if there are too many dirt and oil on the filter and it is not. cleaned in time, under normal circumstances, these oil stains and impurities will accumulate on the wall of the filter screen, reducing the filtration effect of the filter. If there is too much accumulationtion, the oil circuit will not be clear, causing the. the generator is not operating normally. Therefore, after using the machine, the nozzle, air filter and other components should be checked and cleaned.
In addition to the above three places, it is also necessary to maintain parts of the diesel generator set, check the external circuits, the tightness of the joint screws, whether the AVR module is normal, etc. Only by doing good generator maintenance work can the diesel generator set be used normally in an emergency.
