Step 5: Purge the air, loosen the high pressure oil pump bleed screw, then press the manual oil pump with your hand. You will see oil and bubbles overflowing from the juice screw holeuntil everything is over. the output you see is oil. Tighten the screws. At this time, the oil pump is full of oil.
Part 6: Connect the starter and distinguish the positive and negative poles of the motor and the positive and negative poles of the battery. It's the positive pole, and this one. at the end is the negative pole. The two batteries are directly connected to each other. It is connected in series, which can achieve the effect of 24 volts. First connect the positive pole of the motor. let the terminal touch other terminals. Then connect the negative pole of the motor. The terminal must be connected firmly to avoid sparking and burning of the terminal.
The seventh stage is the air switch. Step 9: Start, turn on the ignition switch, press Press the button for about 5 seconds and release it after starting the car. If the car does not start after the first ignition, pause for 15 seconds, start a second time and repeat the last action until the car starts. After starting the car, run it for 30 seconds, operate the high and low speed switch, and while the machine slowly shifts from idle to high speed, check the readings of all instruments. In the initial state, the HZ counter will increase. 55HZ At this time, the V voltmeter does not display any voltage. Continue to increase the speed until the voltmeter rises between 400 V and 440 V. At this time the HZ meter will return to zero. Continue to increase the speed and the HZ meter will go back upbetween 50 and 52 HZ. When the voltage and speed are synchronized, it can be used normally.
Step 10, stop the car. First turn off the air switch, turn off the power supply, adjust the diesel engine from high speed to low speed, let the machine idle for 3-5 minutes, then turn off the ignition switch. If it's winter, waterproof the tank to prevent freezing.
