Step 2: Add engine oil. There are two types of engine oil, summer and winter. Please do not mix them. When adding engine oil, pay attention to the oil dipstick until oil is added to the center mark of the oil dipstick, then close the oil cap. Excess oil will cause oil discharge and oil burning, which is the case. detrimental to the machine.

Step 3: Ouyi diesel generator sets use independent external diesel barrels, which allows users to use oil barrelsof different capacities depending on their own conditions of use. The oil inlet and oil return of the machine must be distinguished. To ensure that the oil drawn into the machine is clean, the diesel is generally left to settle for 72 hours. The oil inlet position should not be inserted at the bottom of the machine. Oil cylinder to avoid sucking dirty oil and clogging the oil pipe. Use different diesel fuel depending on the season.

Part 4: To pump diesel, first loosen the nut of the diesel pump, hold the handle of the oil pump, then pull and press evenly until until oil enters the oil pump. . Be careful not to use excessive force.

Step 5: Purge the air, loosen the high pressure oil pump bleed screw, then press the manual oil pump with your hand. You will see oil and bubbles overflowing from the juice screw holeuntil everything is over. the output you see is oil. Tighten the screws. At this time, the oil pump is full of oil.

Part 6: Connect the starter and distinguish the positive and negative poles of the motor and the positive and negative poles of the battery. It's the positive pole, and this one. at the end is the negative pole. The two batteries are directly connected to each other. It is connected in series, which can achieve the effect of 24 volts. First connect the positive pole of the motor. let the terminal touch other terminals. Then connect the negative pole of the motor. The terminal must be connected firmly to avoid sparking and burning of the terminal.

The seventh stage is the air switch. Before starting the machine, or if the machine does not enter the power state, the switch must be in a separate state. of the switch and all four terminals are connected. 3 are sonsou three-phase voltage, namely V, U, W and N is the neutral wire. The neutral wire and any live wire are connected to a 220V lighting power supply. Do not use one phase to exceed 1/3 of the rated power.

The eighth step is the instrument part, the ammeter, during use, accurately reads the power consumption. Voltmeter, check the motor output voltage, frequency meter, the frequency meter should reach 50 Hz, which is the basis for detecting the current and voltage conversion switch, the conversion switching gear can not be zero, d Other gears are optional. To detect the engine instrument data, the oil pressure gauge is used to detect the oil pressure of the diesel engine, at full speed, it should not be less than 0.2Mp. The tachometer should not be at 1500 rpm. exceed 100 when in use (except in shelf areas, it is pr(eferable that the water does not boil), the oil temperature generally cannot exceed 85 degrees

Step 9: Start, turn on the ignition switch, press Press the button for about 5 seconds and release it after starting the car. If the car does not start after the first ignition, pause for 15 seconds, start a second time and repeat the last action until the car starts. After starting the car, run it for 30 seconds, operate the high and low speed switch, and while the machine slowly shifts from idle to high speed, check the readings of all instruments. In the initial state, the HZ counter will increase. 55HZ At this time, the V voltmeter does not display any voltage. Continue to increase the speed until the voltmeter rises between 400 V and 440 V. At this time the HZ meter will return to zero. Continue to increase the speed and the HZ meter will go back upbetween 50 and 52 HZ. When the voltage and speed are synchronized, it can be used normally.

Step 10, stop the car. First turn off the air switch, turn off the power supply, adjust the diesel engine from high speed to low speed, let the machine idle for 3-5 minutes, then turn off the ignition switch. If it's winter, waterproof the tank to prevent freezing.
