The reasons for solar water leakage are:

When using it in spring and summer, remember that when there is no water in the bucket, you can only fill it with water at night or early in the morning. For newly installed solar cells, the temperature inside the tube rises rapidly at noon. A sudden injection of cold water will rupture the vacuum tube.
2. The vacuum tube is not leaking, but water is overflowing from the hole where the vacuum tube is connected to the water tank. In this case, there is a problem with the silicone ring in the barrel, and the silicone ring is broken.
3. The upper exhaust is leaking. When the solar power is filled with water, the normal situation is that the water overflows and leaks first. If the water supply valve is not closed on timeps, water. will flow quickly and the overflow will be slow. Excess water will be discharged from the upper exhaust, which is normal. If the upper exhaust pipe is emptied first, then you can remove the overflow pipe 1-2 cm downwards (no welded overflow pipe) or lift the upper exhaust pipe upwards. high about 1 cm.
4. If the water inlet is installed under the bucket, it may leak. The water outlet is always installed under the bucket. The two situations can be handled together. First of all, when checking, it is not the joint between the inlet and outlet pipes and the plastic pipe that is leaking. If so, drain the water first. Remove the gasket, wrap a few more layers of raw material tape, then reinstall the gasket. It will stop leaking, replace it with a better quality gasket. If water from the inlet and outlet pipes leaks from the water tank, it cannot be cleaned.e returned to the factory for repair only.
5. The bucket lid is leaking. The bucket lid usually does not leak, the vacuum tube silicone ring may be broken. material and flows out of the bucket lid. If the silicone ring is not broken, replace it within the warranty period.
