Hello!
Silicon is not harmful (silicon is very stable and non-toxic)
But there may be dust during the slicing process, usually carbide mortar silicon (it's no big deal)
There are chemical agents in the cleaning process, but they don't seem to be toxic
Usually ultrasonic cleaning is used and chemical agents are not used much. There is no danger in the residue
It is toxic during the doping process
But it is usually in a gaseous state and there is almost no residue when selecting chips.
If it is plated grid wire, the harmful thing is lead. Just be careful to wash your hands before eating.
I hope this is helpful and I hope you adopt it.
