If there is a size difference between the aluminum powder particles and the glass powder particles, a sieve can be used to separate them.
If the sizes of the two particles are exactly the same, you can take advantage of the difference in density between the aluminum powder and the glass powder and use the following method:

Use a cyclonic separation tower. The mixed powder falls freely from the top of the closed tower and spiral air with reasonable flow rate is blown from the bottom of the tower. In the mixed powder, the glass powder with higher density falls quickly, and the lighter aluminum powder flies up and down in the tower space. An air suction port is installed on the upper part of the tower. There is a protective plate at an angle of about 45 degrees in front of the air suction port to prevent direct inhalation of falling powder. The suction porttion will only suck up the aluminum powder flying to the top and be filtered and recycled, while the falling glass powder will be recycled to the bottom of the tower.
All screen printing related materials contain highly toxic substances! It is more toxic than offset printing and other printing materials! This is even more destructive to the human body! It is recommended not to do this if you are unable to do this. If you have no choice but to earn a living, don't choose this industry and stay in it any longer. Remember! ! ...A worker deeply poisoned by screen printing...
