There are three types of solar cell components:
(1) Monocrystalline silicon solar cells The photoelectric conversion efficiency of monocrystalline silicon solar cells is about 17%, the highest reaching 24%. This goes for all types of solar cells. Solar cells have the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency, but their production costs are so high that they cannot be used on a large scale and universally. Since monocrystalline silicon is usually encapsulated in tempered glass and waterproof resin, it is strong and durable. Most manufacturers usually offer a 25-year quality guarantee.
Monocrystalline flexible solar modules: Flexible solar modules are also called flex modules. The so-called flexibility means that the panels can be bent. The bend angle can reach 30 degrees. The componentsts solar cells (also called solar panels) are the essential part of the solar power generation system and the most important part of the solar power generation system.
(2) Polycrystalline silicon solar cells The manufacturing process of polycrystalline silicon solar cells is similar to that of monocrystalline silicon solar cells, but the photoelectric conversion efficiency of polycrystalline silicon solar cells is much lower and its photoelectric conversion efficiency is about 15%. In terms of production cost, it is cheaper than monocrystalline silicon solar cells. The material is easy to manufacture, saves energy, and the overall production cost is low, so it has been widely developed. In addition, the lifespan of polycrystalline silicon solar cells is shorter than that of monocrystalline silicon solar cells.crystalline. In terms of performance-price ratio, monocrystalline silicon solar cells are slightly better.
(3) Amorphous silicon solar cells Amorphous silicon solar cells are a new type of thin-film solar cells that appeared in 1976. They are completely different from monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon solar cells, and the process is greatly simplified, the silicon consumption is very low, and the power consumption is lower. Its main advantage is that it can produce electricity in low light conditions. However, the main problem of amorphous silicon solar cells is that the photoelectric conversion efficiency is low, the international advanced level is about 10%, and it is not stable enough. Over time, its conversion efficiency decreases.
Are you talking about design drawings?
Use three CAD views, front, side and back.
The front shows wiring methods such as frame, battery cells, bus bars and solder tapes.
The side shows the thickness of the frame
The back shows the location of the junction box and product information such as barcodes and nameplates.
The above are necessary, in addition to local magnification, cross-section, etc.
In addition, the contents shown in certification drawings and shop assembly drawings are different.
