The newly selected shrimp are temporarily kept in sterilized cement ponds or buckets.
Yearimmersion esthesia. Use a large bucket or swimming pool to prepare the anesthetic solution, use 20 grams per ton of water and adjust the water temperature to around 20°C. Then carefully pour the live shrimp into the anesthetic solution. When strong, active adult shrimp are first placed in the anesthetic solution, the shrimp are stimulated and move or jump quickly. The packaging is oxygenated. When the live shrimps are soaked for a predetermined time and anesthetized, take them out and wrap them in gauze soaked in medicinal solution, put them in a plastic bag, ventilate them with oxygen, tie the bag tightly to prevent air leakage and put them in a box of shrimp seedlings.
