Precautions before using the gasoline generator:
1. Check if there is enough gasoline in the fuel tank. ?
2. Check the fuel valve and oil line for oil leaks. ?
3. Check if the leveloil pressure is between the upper and lower limits. ?
4. Check the quality of the engine oil to determine if it needs to be replaced. ?

Once the gasoline generator has been inspected and maintained, the parts must be cleaned before installation. Installation must be carried out from the inside out, starting with disassemblyage and installation. 1. Install the piston pin of the gasoline generator engine
The piston and the connecting rod are connected by the piston pin. Place the bored piston into the lubricating oil and heat it to 80-100°C. Tighten the piston and quickly insert the piston pin into the pin hole and the shaft hole of the small connecting rod end (note that the round surface of the connecting rod head is important). (the anti-expansion slots of the piston are in the same direction), and use a jack to gently press it down. If the temperature is too low and the pinhole size does not expand enough, do not force it to avoid damaging the piston. After the piston pin is installed, the distance between the two ends and the circlip groove should be the same. Tighten the bent end of the circlip with needle-nose pliers and install it into the circlip groove. The circlip should fit into the groove. The distance between the circlip and the end face of the axlepiston should not be less than 0.1 mm. The piston head is marked “IN” and faces the intake side. "EX" mark, towards the exhaust side. The “△” mark points forward.
2. Install the piston ring of the gasoline generator engine
Use three metal sheets or a hand holder to slowly open the piston rings and install them one by one. When installing, the wiper ring should be installed first, then the air ring to avoid scratching the piston. After installation, lubricating oil should be added and the piston ring should be rotated to check whether there is any sticking phenomenon.
