Tips for the correct use of gasoline generators
1. Before using the gasoline generator, you must add special engine oil for gasoline engines (four-stroke gasoline engine oil). It is perfect if the generator is placed horizontally without overflowing, if there is not enough oil the machine will not start and too much oil will damage the engine. It is best to use standard engine oil above SG level. Change the oil after 20 hours of operation for the new machine and change the oil after 100 hours for the second time. After that, the oil will be changed according to the color of the oil.
2. The gasoline must be clean and compliant with standards (93# gasoline or higher). Please use the fuel filter when filling. Do not overfill to avoid overflowing due to heat. when the machine is working, to avoid fires.
3. Get startedthe gasoline generator when cold: open the throttle valve of the fuel valve, close the ignition switch, turn the damper to the closed state (towards the panel side), and gently pull the cable from the pull plate to feel resistance, pull the cable quickly and hard to start the motor, gently lower the cable and open the shock absorber (do not start with load).
4. After the gasoline genset generator is started, observe that the generator voltmeter reads normal before plugging in the output plug, turning off the output switch, and energizing the equipment if the displayed voltage exceeds 240V; or is less than 180V, do not power the equipment to avoid unnecessary losses.
5. When shutting down the gasoline generator, you must first unplug the output switch - close the oil valve - and turn off the ignition switch.
6. The filter screenThe fuel filter and air filter core at the bottom of the fuel tank should be checked and cleaned frequently. Do not twist the air filter core after cleaning with neutral detergent (warm soapy water is required). also acceptable), dry the residual detergent and let it dry.
7. Do not replace the spark plug casually, otherwise the engine will be damaged.
8. If the generator fails to start, runs erratically, shakes or stalls during operation, this is usually due to a clogged carburetor. The fault can be eliminated after cleaning the carburetor. do not adjust the throttle and carburetor speed.
