This cannot simply be assessed. It depends on the application area or application requirements.
For example, on electric cars or electric bicycles, electric balance cars and electric scooters, due to the large power of the motor, the maximum operating current is generally equivalent to 1.5 at 3 times the battery capacity (called 1.5~3C in the industry). In this case, power lithium batteries are suitable, but capacity lithium batteries are not suitable. If large capacity lithium batteries are used, high heat generation and short life will occur.
In digital applications such as mobile phones and PADs, the power and size are smaller, requiring a higher battery volume. This type of low consumption and high energy application is more suitable for type lithium batteriesability. Although power lithium batteries can be used in this situation only in terms of performance, to obtain the same capacity, the volume and weight are greater than the capacity type, and the cost is higher.
In short, power lithium batteries and capacity lithium batteries are suitable for different occasions.
