1. The cylinder of the liquid injection machine equipment should use the same processing gas pressure as the glove. Pressure 3-5Bar.
2. The production department must have a dedicated person in place to prepare the electrolyte. Others are not allowed to prepare the electrolyte at will.
3. The additives go into the glove box and are put into bottles inside the glove box. All bottles containing additives must bear a label, distinguished by color, and marked: Additive.
4. Please read this manual carefully before using the liquid injection machine. Otherwise, improper operation may result in mechanical failure, personal injury and other accidents.
5. Regularly check whether the fasteners of the liquid injection machine areare loose and sensors, motors, cylinders, solenoid valves, etc. are defective to avoid unnecessary losses.
Caused by overload. The softness of lithium iron phosphate batteries is caused by overcharging. The bulge caused by overcharging will cause all the lithium atoms in the positive electrode material to flow into the negative electrode material, causing the original complete grid of the positive electrode to deform and collapse. This is also the case for lithium batteries, one of the main reasons for the drop in power. During this process, there are more and more lithium ions in the negative electrode. Excessive accumulation causes lithium atoms to turn into strain crystals, causing the lithium battery to swell.
