Carbon anode materials:
The anode materials actually used in lithium-ion batteries are mainly carbon materials, such as artificial graphite, natural graphite, microspheres of mesophase carbon, petroleum coke, carbon fiber, pyrolyzed resin carbon, etc.
Tin-based negative electrode materials:
Tin-based negative electrode materials can be divided into two types: tin oxide and tin-based composite oxide. Oxides refer to oxides of metallic tin in various valence states. There are no commercial products.
Nitride
There are no commercial products either.
Alloys
Including tin-based alloys, silicon-based alloys, germanium-based alloys, aluminum-based alloys, antimony-based, magnesium-based alloys and other alloys, and there are no productscommercial.
Nanoscale
Carbon nanotubes and nanoalloy materials.
There are many materials in lithium batteries. Let me tell you briefly:
1. Positive electrode: positive electrode material (lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganate, ternary material) + conductive agent (acetylene black) + binder (PVDF) + adjusting fluid (aluminum foil). )
2. Negative electrode: graphite + conductive agent (acetylene black) + thickener (CMC) + binder (SBR) + current collector (copper foil) 3. There is a separator between the positive and negative electrodes, which is made of PE/PP material with holes. Generally, there are single layer, double layer and three layer.
4. Between the positive and negative electrodes is the electrolyte, which is used to conduct electricity.
5. Shell, including aluminum shell and steel shell.
6. Cover plate
7. THEAbove materials are combined and processed through various processes to form the battery core.
8. A protection plate is added to the upper part of the battery core (to prevent overcharging and overdischarging).
9. After packaging, it becomes the lithium battery seen on the market.
In short, it will be clearer if you disassemble a used lithium battery yourself and compare it with what I said. However, its production process remains relatively cumbersome and complex.
