Lithium battery is the abbreviation of lithium-ion battery
Using lithium oxygen compound as positive electrode and electrode material negative (graphite, etc.), dissolved lithium salt (LiPF6, etc.), organic solvent is an electrolyte.
Lithium batteries can be roughly divided into two categories: lithium metal batteries and lithium-ion batteries. Lithium-ion batteries do not contain metallic lithium and are rechargeable.
Lithium battery is short for lithium-ion battery. As a new type of energy storage battery, it gradually replaces the traditional lead-acid battery.
The most common batteries in daily life are cell phone batteries, electric vehicles and trams, and power tool batteries.
1. From appearance: cylindrical, square.
2. From the material ofthe shell: steel shell, aluminum shell, plastic shell, aluminum plastic film (soft packaging).
3. According to energy density: capacity type and power type.
4. Separated from the electrolyte: liquid lithium-ion battery, solid (polymer) lithium-ion battery.
5. From the perspective of positive electrode materials: lithium cobalt oxide (C), lithium manganate (M), ternary lithium (N), and lithium iron phosphate (F).
The 18650 cylindrical battery is commonly used, which is a cylindrical battery with a diameter of 18 mm and a height of 65 mm.
Notes:
First, lithium-ion batteries can be seen everywhere in people's lives, in various portable electronic products, vehicle GPS, etc. Lithium-ion batteries have become the key to keeping these tools running. Keeping lithium-ion batteries properly charged and discharged can extend the life ofbattery. Keeping the lithium-ion battery power between 10% and 90% is beneficial to protect the battery. This means that when charging batteries of digital products such as mobile phones and laptops, it is not necessary to reach the maximum value.
If digital products equipped with lithium-ion batteries are exposed to sunlight or stored in hot cars, it is best to keep these products turned off because if the operating temperature exceeds 60 degrees Celsius, the lithium battery -ion will accelerate aging. Lithium battery charging temperature range: 0 ~ 45 degrees Celsius, lithium battery discharge temperature range 0 ~ 60 degrees Celsius.
Second, if the cell phone battery needs to be charged every day, the reason may be that the battery is defective or it is time to "retire".
For computer ownerslaptops, it is better to remove the battery if it is plugged in for a long time (the high heat generated by the computer during use is not good for the laptop battery).
Third, under normal circumstances, 50% power is most conducive to the preservation of lithium-ion batteries.
